The San Marino Cable Car connects the castle of Borgo Maggiore to the historic center of the city of San Marino.
The ride takes about 2 minutes, during which it is possible to admire a wonderful view of the entire Adriatic coast and the Romagna Riviera.
The transport cabin can carry up to 50 people per ride and in one hour about 1,200 people. The rides take place every 15 minutes.

Rules and useful information
Dogs of any size are allowed only if they are muzzled and leashed or led in a carrier. An additional ticket is required for large dogs.
It is possible to carry luggage and suitcases, in case of bulky loads an extra ticket is required.
The cable car operates from 07:45 and closes at varying times depending on the period of the year; in summer it remains open until late in the evening.
Always check opening dates: at certain times of the year, temporary ordinary and extraordinary closures are made for semi-annual safety overhauls and testing.
