A chilling experience dedicated to lovers of mystery and darkness: the Museum of Creatures of the Night, Vampires and Werewolves.
The museum is located in the historic center of San Marino, a setting that is already evocative in itself, on which a door to the dark opens. Its proposal is a journey to discover the most disturbing yet fascinating figures, suspended between reality and imagination, that have always troubled the human mind: wolf men, blood-sucking vampires, creatures that populate nightmares and live in the realm of the night.
The museum, arranged on 4 floors, offers a rich collection of objects, life-size statues, photographs, installations, stage sets and memorabilia with fact sheets that traverse European cultures, its myths and historical anecdotes to discover two mysterious phenomena: Lycanthropy and Vampirism and to the ways in which people have defended themselves or explored these worlds.
Is it all true, or is it just legends? The visit will help answer this question.
The museum is also suitable for children.
