The daily role
The Azzurro is one of the historic shopping centres of the Republic of San Marino. In its original configuration, it gathered over sixty activities across three floors; the current version has been reduced to about fifteen establishments, covering the range of neighbourhood services: tobacco, laundry, optics, hairdresser, footwear outlet, home and family articles.
The Azzurro Shopping Centre is in the Castello di Serravalle, the most populous area of the Republic. Its main function remains that of daily service to residents and workers of the area, complemented by the presence of the Conad supermarket on the ground floor.

Gluten-free menu on the third floor
On the third floor of the Azzurro Shopping Centre is the Royal Le Terrazze restaurant. The hall enjoys an open view over the Serravalle area and offers a traditional menu and a gluten-free menu included in the AIC (Italian Coeliac Association) circuit. A useful particularity for those with specific dietary needs.
Serravalle and Romagna border
The Azzurro Shopping Centre is reached easily from the Rimini-San Marino expressway, exiting in the Serravalle area. Nearby are also the Atlante Shopping Centre in Dogana and the San Marino Outlet Experience, which complete the commercial offering of the northern slope of the Republic.
